摘    要:近年来供电企业突破传统用人制度,严把中层干部选拔关,进行360°考察,对中层干部“治庸问责”,推行公平竞争、优胜劣汰的选人方式,使中层干部管理人员能上能下,健全了管理人员绩效评价与日常管理机制,全面改进了电力企业的人力资源管理。

Abstract:In recent years, the power-supply enterprises break traditional employment system, pay great attention to the selection of the middle-level cadres, make 360° investigation, carry out the mediocrity punishment and accountability system, promote the fair competition and selecting the superior and eliminating the inferior mode, make the middle-level cadres prepared for both promotion and demotion, perfect the performance appraisal system and current management system for the managers, and improve the human resource management of power-supply enterprises.
