摘    要:以开发多段液压机械无级变速器(HMCVT)控制系统为目的,运用动力学原理和模块化方法,建立多段HMCVT的动力传动系统和自动控制系统数学模型,应用Matlab软件进行无级变速和换段控制过程仿真,并采用设定全局变量的方法,避免了仿真时出现奇异解现象。仿真结果表明,该模型能有效表达HMCVT的动力学特性,可作为无级变速控制算法开发的软件仿真及硬件在环仿真基础。

Abstract:A mathematical model of the multi-range hydro-mechanical continuously variable transmission(HMCVT) is presented for the development of its control system.The mathematic model for HMCVT dynamic transmission system and auto-controlling system is established by means of dynamic principle and modular method.Matlab software is used to carry out the simulation of the process of infinitely varable speeds and range shift control,and the method of setting global variables is used to avoid the occurrence of the abnormal solution in simulation.The simulation results indicate that this model is able to express HMCVT dynamic characteristics effectively and also can be used as the software simulation to develop the infinitely varable speeds control algorithm and the foundation for hardware simulation.
