甲醇细菌P8414菌株的研究

摘    要:从福建三明污水沟分离一株甲醇细菌P_(3414)菌株。该菌能生长在以甲醇为唯一碳源和能源的无机培养基中,不需要生长素或维生素。摇瓶 72 n干菌体得率达 0.359g/g甲醇。研究其培养条件:培养基、甲醇浓度、pH、碳源和氮源利用,并测得菌体含粗蛋白为75.1%、核酸为5.6%、总氨基酸为 53.6%。经鉴定该菌株为假单胞菌(Pseudomonas sp.),其DNA的G+C含量为69.8 mol%。

Abstract:This paper reports strain P5414 isolated from sewage of Fujian Sanming. It can grow in mineral media with a methanol as the sole carbon and energy source. It is not requiring growth factors and vitamins. 0. 359 g wt. /g methanol are obtained in flask. The culture conditions of strain Pun have been studied,including comparison of different methanol media,different methanol concentrations, pH, available carbon sources and nitrogen sources. Strain Pun content of crude protein is 75.1% ,amino acid 53. 6% ,nucleic acid 5. 6% and the mol% G+C of the DNA is 69. 8% ,strain P5414 is identified as pseudomonas sp.
