A Study on Intellectual Capital-driven Dynamic capabilities and Realization Mechanism of Competitive advantage

In the era of knowledge-based economy,Intellectual Capital(IC)increasingly plays more important role in creation of enterprise's vale and construction of competitive advantages with the science and technology advancing rapidly and the competition becoming fiercer.This paper summarizes and discriminates the connotation of enterprises'IC in China,and establishes a dynamical model to realize the competitive advantages of enterprise nuder the circumstances of hyper-competition on this basis,through analyzing the interactive mechanism among enterprise's IC,dynamic competence,strategy and competitive advantages,in order to seek"inherent logic"of enterprise's competition advantages and it's sustaining origin,thus offers the theoretical foundation for enterprise's managing it's IC and obtaining the competition advantages self-consciously and effectively.
