| Abstract: | This paper explains the changes of the governance structure of the township enterprises by using the theory of capital structure, and points out that the capital structure of the township enterprises is the decisive factor for the evolution of the governance structure of the township enterprises, and optimizing the governance structure of the township enterprises is the key to improve the efficiency and benefits of the township enterprises. |
