| 摘 要： | 针对我国上市公司股利分配中存在的普遍不分配问题，进行了基本原因分析和数据统计分析。在此基础上，以规范上市公司行为和促进证券市场健康发展为目标，提出了解决上市公司股利不分配问题的对策。
