| 摘 要： | 中国的体育竞技体制是在特定历史时期内所形成的举国体制.举国体制具有整合各级行政资源,为体育事业的发展提供必要的人、财、物以及舆论和精神等多方面支持.从中国经济体制市场化改革纵深推进的过程中看,这种举国体制运行已经出现了许多问题,处理好这些问题对于完善我国竞技体育的举国体制具有十分迫切的现实意义.

| Abstract: | The Chinese national competitive sports system,which came into being during a specific historic,period,can adjust and coordinate the administrative resources of all levels,in order to supply many-sided and necessary supports in manpower,finance,material resources,as well as in public opinion and spirit for the sport development.However,as the Chinese structural reform of economy develops in depth and breadth,lots of problems have arisen in the performance of the national competitive sports system,so how to deal with them will be of pressing and realistic significance to the perfection of the Chinese national competitive sports system. |
