摘    要:结合实际工程,就单跨桥梁钢管拱C55膨胀混凝土配合比,利用卵碎石作为粗骨料的优点,通过多因素正交试验方法研究了胶凝材料用量变化、砂率、不同外加剂等因素对钢管混凝土性能的影响,分析了其限制膨胀率等各项性能,用图表法形象地对比了主要指标与混凝土相关性能的关系,从而确定了C55钢管微膨胀混凝土的配合比.为进一步完善此类实验研究提供了参考依据.

Abstract:We have made the experiments on the mix proportion of C55 expansive concrete used in the steel pipe arch of single span bridge. Taking the advantage of crushed cobbles as coarse aggregate, we study its influences on concrete filled steel tubular(CFST) caused by the dosage of gelatinous material,the sand ratio,and different kind of SPAs used, etc. By using graphology, we compare its chief indications with relat- ed performances of CFST. The confined expansion rate and other performances of CFST are also investigated. The mix proportion of C55 micro-expanding CFST is finally confirmed. Multi-factor orthogonal experiment method is used in the investigations above.
