摘    要:以碱提酸沉工艺生产大豆分离蛋白过程中排放的大豆乳清水为原料,经过沉降分离、碳酸钠分层分离、乙酸乙酯萃取后,旋转蒸发得固体,再经大孔树脂吸附、洗脱得大豆素。比较了5种大孔树脂对大豆素的纯化作用,发现ADS-21纯化效果最好。经薄层层析扫描法检测,大豆素纯度为98.5%,可作为药品、保健品和检测用标准品。本研究方法可用于大豆素的规模化生产。

Abstract:In this study, soy whey water discharged during the process of soybean protein isolate production by using alkali solution and acid isolation served as raw material. Following separation by sedimentation, layered separation by sodium carbonate addition and extraction with ethyl acetate, rotary evaporation was performed, and adsorption and elution was then conducted with the use of macroporous resin. Daidzein was finally obtained. Daidzein was subjected to purification.The purification effects of five types of macroporous resins were compared, and it was found that ADS-21 produced the best effect. The purity of daidzein sample was 98.5%, as detected by thin-layer chromatography scan (TLCS). Thus, it can be used in medicines, healthcare products, and standard substance for test use. The method proposed in this study can be used for large-scale production of daidzein.
