摘    要:集装箱码头装卸是码头作业的基础环节,其作业进度和稳定性直接影响集装箱船舶的在港时间.针对码头装卸作业顺序优化问题中作业时间不确定并且可拆分的特点,本文建立了同时最小化作业总完工时间及"岸边无集卡与堆场无集卡的时间和"的多目标混合整数规划模型.所建立模型的作业时间变量受到决策变量影响且可行域不规则,使得其求解复杂性和难度增加且帕累托前沿解难以搜寻.为求解模型,设计了基于仿真模拟与调度经验规则的PNSGA-Ⅱ算法.最后,通过与传统NSGA-Ⅱ算法比较,以及对在静态情景与动态情景下的算例实验进行统计对比,验证了所建立模型与PNSGA-Ⅱ算法可有效求解集装箱码头装卸作业顺序优化问题,并对码头生成高效稳定的装卸作业调度方案提供决策支持.

Abstract:The loading and unloading operations are fundamental operations in container terminals. The efficiency and stability of these operations affect the turnaround time of container vessels. We build a multi-objective mixed integer-programming model to describe the scheduling problem of loading and unloading operations in container terminals. The operating times in this model are depend on its decision variables, and the model has an irregular feasible region. We develop a modified parallel NSGA-II algorithm based on simulation and artificial experiences to solve this model. Numerical experiments including several scenarios demonstrate that the proposed model and algorithm can contribute to a highly effective and stable operation plan for decision makers of container terminals.
