摘    要:针对装备保障资源供给能力评估信息主观性和不确定性强、评估结果可信度低的问题,提出了一种基于萤火虫算法和证据推理(firefly algorithm-evidential reasoning, FA-ER)的评估方法。首先,通过直觉模糊熵处理不确定信息,确定初始权重范围。然后,基于后悔函数将证据推理方法的权重求解问题转化为非线性多目标优化问题。最后,采用萤火虫算法计算最优参数,确定最优评估模型并得到最终评估结果。算例分析结果表明,所提方法能够有效解决评估主观性强的问题,提高评估结果的准确度,对装备保障资源供给能力评估问题具有较好的适用性。

Abstract:For the problems of strong subjectivity of evaluation information and low reliability of the results in the evaluation of the supply capability of equipment support resources, an evaluation method based on firefly algorithm and evidential reasoning (FA-ER) is proposed. The range of initial weights is determined by dealing with information under uncertainty according to intuitionistic fuzzy entropy. The weights calculation for evidential reasoning are transformed into a nonlinear multi-objective optimization problem by combining with the regret function. The firefly algorithm is used to solve optimal parameters, and then the optimal evaluation model and the final evaluation result are determined. The results of numerical example analysis show that the proposed method can effectively solve the problem of strong subjectivity of evaluation and improve the accuracy of evaluation results. The proposed method has good applicability to the evaluation of the supply capability of equipment support resources.
