摘    要:产品的可靠性是其通用质量特性的重要指标,研究产品的可靠性评估方法至关重要.当产品只收集到寿命试验数据时,现有的基于极大似然估计和最小二乘估计的可靠性评估方法应用较为广泛,但在适用性上存在一定的局限性.针对这一问题,提出了一个基于信息熵函数和Bayes理论的产品可靠性评估方法.通过理论分析可知本文提出方法的适用性比现有方法更广,且结合仿真实验,可验证利用本文提出方法评估高可靠性产品的可靠性时,评估结果的精度也优于现有方法.最后,通过加工中心设备的算例分析,说明了本文提出方法的具体应用.

Abstract:The reliability represented the quality of products and it was important to study the methods of reliability evaluation. When only lifetime data were collected, it was common to evaluate the reliability based on the maximum likelihood estimate and least-square estimate. However, they were both confined in particular cases. In this paper, the reliability evaluation method was proposed based on the entropy and Bayes theory. It is proved that the proposed method is more applicable than existing methods through theoretical analysis and the Monte Carlo simulation study shows that the results from the proposed methods are also superior to existing methods. Finally, an illustrative example was presented for machine center.
