线上线下双层耦合网络上的知识传播动力学研究

摘    要:如何有效地使用线上与线下两个渠道来促进知识的传播已成为企业知识管理的关键问题.本研究考虑了员工的知识共享意愿与复习效率对知识传播的影响,建立了员工线上线下互动双层耦合网络上的知识传播动力学模型.利用下一代矩阵法计算出区分知识在耦合网络中传播与否的阈值条件,并对耦合网络上的知识传播过程进行仿真分析.研究表明,无标度-均匀混合双层耦合网络、小世界-均匀混合双层耦合网络、随机-均匀混合双层耦合网络与规则-均匀混合双层耦合网络四种不同结构的线上-线下双层耦合网络中知识的传播速度依次递减.此外,节点的复习效率越高,知识在耦合网络中的最终传播范围越大,传播速度越快.研究还表明,在线上和线下传播率系数较为接近的情况下,当有知识节点线上交流的频次与线下交流的频次较为接近时,耦合网络中知识的传播范围较大,传播速度较快.

Abstract:How to effectively use online and offline channels to promote the dissemination of knowledge has become a key issue of enterprise knowledge management. The dynamic model of knowledge transmission on the double-layer coupled network formed by online and offline communication between employees is established by considering the effect of employee's knowledge sharing intention and the efficiency of review on the dissemination of knowledge. The threshold conditions for distinguishing whether the knowledge propagates in coupled network or not are derived by the method of next generation matrix. The process of knowledge propagation on coupled network is simulated. It is pointed out that the propagation speed of knowledge in scale-free and uniformly mixed double-layer coupled network, small world and uniformly mixed double-layer coupled network, random and uniformly mixed double-layer coupled network and regular and uniformly mixed double-layer coupled network decreases in turn. In addition, the higher the review efficiency of the node, the larger the final propagation range of knowledge and the faster the propagation speed. This study also shows that if the frequency of the node with knowledge in online communication is close to that of the offline communication and the coefficient of online transmission rate is close to that of the offline transmission rate, the coupled network can achieve larger range of knowledge transmission and faster propagation speed.
