利用线性元件制作圆光栅的原理及方法

摘    要:运用菲涅耳双棱镜法在单色光中获取干涉条纹的原理,设计圆锥线性元件,并利用线性元件制作圆光栅,给出了光强分布情况和制作条件与步骤.该方法制作效率高,成本低,制作方法便捷,杂散光低、刻划面积大、槽密度高、消像差并在较宽光谱范围内衍射效率变化平稳.

Abstract:A coniform linear component is make by the principle of acquiring interferometric fringe from monochromatic light through Fresnel biprism. A circle grating is make using the linear component and the making conditions and steps are given, The distribution of the light intensity is given. The efficiency of making circle grating improves and the cost decreases by using the method. The method is simple and has the advantages of low vagabond ray,large carved area, high groove density, worse image erasing, stable diffraction efficiency in wider spectral coverage.
