福州市某酚醛树脂生产废水预处理研究

摘    要:采集福州市某化工厂酚醛树脂生产废水,用微电解-Fenton试剂氧化-混凝沉淀工艺预处理,考察各影响因素对预处理效果的影响,并确定了工艺优化条件。结果表明:在进水CODcr浓度为56920 mg/L,pH为2.30,挥发酚浓度为1279 mg/L,甲醛浓度为12951 mg/L的条件下,Fe/C质量比4∶1,微电解反应时间1 h,H2O2投加量4 g/L,Fenton试剂氧化反应时间为1 h,混凝剂PAM的投加量为800 mg/L,pH为8.5的条件下,废水的CODcr总去除率为89.6%,挥发酚去除率为84.3%,甲醛去除率为98.5%,经过预处理后,酚醛树脂废水达到生化处理的要求。

Abstract:Treatment of wastewater containing phenol and formaldehyde in Fuzhou City was carried out by microelectrolys-Fenton oxidation-coagulation process.The influencing factors were investigated and the optimal working condition was sought for.Results show when the reaction time for the microelectrolysis is 1 h,pH is 2.3 0,the reaction time for the Fenton oxidation is 1h and the dosage of H2O2(30%) is 4 g/L,pH and mass concentration for coagulation are 8.5 and 800 mg/L,the removal rate of CODcr,phenol and formaldehyde are about 89.6 %,84.3 %,98.5 % respectively at the CODcr in influent 56920 mg/L,pH value 2.30,phenol 1279 mg/L,and formaldehyde 12951 mg/L,providing the good premise for the following biological treatment to remove.
