物探冲击器失效机理分析与改进

摘    要:对物探冲击器失效分析认为,内缸套失效主要以变形和偏磨为主,活塞失效主要集中在外表面的磨损和冲击端面疲劳破坏,磨损的主要形式为粘着磨损和磨料磨损。提出了提高冲击器使用寿命的具体措施并进行了活塞热处理工艺试验研究。

Abstract:After analyzed the failure mechanism of physics exploration hammer, the failure cause of the inner cylinder liner was mainly plastic deformation and eccentric wear, the failure cause of the piston was mainly abrasion on its outside part and fatigue failure on the end plane. The principal mode of abrasion was stuck wearing and abrasive wear. Finally, theilsu pwad to prolong the service life of hammer and some experimental investigation on the heat treatment to piston was also done.
