摘    要:随着科学技术的发展和企业所处环境的变化,使得传统的企业组织结构形式面临新的挑战。科技发展和市场竞争方式的改变要求改革企业的组织结构形式。知识成为主要的生产要素需要有与之相适应的新的组织结构形式,企业信息沟通方式的改变必然引起企业组织结构形式的改变,而人的需求变化则要求组织结构为其发展提供更广阔的空间。

Abstract:The development of science and technology and the variation of enterprise's environment make traditional enterprise organization structural form face the new challenges. The development of science and technology and the variation of market competitive require to change enterprise's organization structural form, the knowledge, which becomes the main element factor of the production, requires the new organization form that is suitable to it, the variation of enterprise's information communication mode will cause inevitably the variation of enterprise's organization structural form, and the variation of people's needs will require the organization structure provide broader space for its development.
