摘    要:突发事件越来越频繁地发生,对应急物资保障提出了更高的要求,好的资源布局方案对地区的资源保障程度至关重要.本文根据分级的原则,利用按照灾区分组和场景分析的方法分别确定两种级别下的各个灾区应急物资需求,同时,考虑了当级别为high时营救过程的机理分析.文章针对某个区域内的应急资源布局问题,建立了一个适于多点需求,多点救助的多目标规划模型,分别考虑两种级别的资源分配,以期为选址决策者进行选址和应急资源布局提供依据.求解该问题时,针对模型设计了算法,并进行了算例分析.
