螺旋锥齿轮传动精度和修形量的概率设计

摘    要:通过对中低速螺旋锥齿轮动载系数的限定,用概率法近似计算齿轮的齿距误差和维修量,确定相应的齿轮精度范围,可克服用一般方法确定齿轮精度的盲目性和事后性,达到限制螺旋锥齿轮传动内部附加动载荷的目的。

Abstract:By restricting the dynamic load coefficient of spiral bevel gear of medium and low speed,the tooth distance error and the tip easing quantity are determined by the method of probability and so is relevant gear accuracy Blindness and the after the event nature of determining gear accuracy with some method can be overcome The proposed method is not only able to basically control the dynamic load of the spiral bevel gear drive but also improve the dynamic capability of the gear drive.
