企业竞合行为选择与得益关系的对局模拟研究

为了探索企业间竞合行为的不同选择,对于它们最终得益的影响,通过有实际经理人参与的重复囚徒困境对局实验,模拟企业多次重复博弈行为,发现企业竞合博弈对局后期,由于缺乏后续报复手段,导致得益显著降低;"一报还一报(TFT)"策略的对局得益明显高于其他策略;背叛行为,无论是单方背叛还是双方背叛,都会对最终得益产生消极影响;最终得益与对局稳定性、对局时间表现出了显著的负相关关系,从而证实了企业竞合行为的不同选择,对于最终得益有显著影响.

A Game Simulation Research on the Relationship of the Selection of Enterprises'''' Co-opetition Behavior, Time and the Pay-off

How do the different choices of enterprises influence their payoffs? This paper simulates enterprises' iterated game behavior through game experiments,and proves that different selections enterprises' co-opetition behavior,can influence final payoff evidently.The results include: shorting effective retaliation,the payoff will reduce remarkably in game latter phase;'Tit for Tat(TFT)' shows higher score than other tactics;betray behaviors,whether unilateral or bilateral,can influence final payoff negatively;final payoff shows negative correlation with game stability and game time,and find the remarkable effects of different choices of enterprises.
