基于LabVIEW的矿井提升机监控系统

摘    要:为保障煤矿的生产安全,提高提升机运行的安全可靠性,本文给出了一种基于LabVIEW的提升机监控系统.全面介绍了运用Ni公司的虚拟仪器开发平台LabVIEW 7 Express及多功能数据采集卡等开发的一套提升机监控系统的基本构成及软件设计,并分析了该系统的主要功能和特点.由于利用虚拟仪器技术的优势,方便的实现了信号的采集和数据的分析及处理,与传统的提升机监控系统相比,具有很大的优越性.

Abstract:In order to ensure the safety of coal mine and to increase the reliability in the operation of mining system, this paper presents a new method about the monitoring system of the winder based on virtual instrument. The introduction of the monitoring system of winder by LabVIEW 7 Express software and their multifunction hardware DAQ board, and the analysis of its main function and performance are also presented. Due to the superiority of the virtual instrument technology, the computer acquisition and data analysis are achieved conveniently. Compared to the traditional winder monitoring system, it has a strong advantage.
