摘    要:【目的】分析苦丁茶(Ilex kudincha C.J.Tseng)中熊果酸和齐墩果酸,并对不同部位、不同采收时间、不同产地的苦丁茶进行比较。【方法】采用原位预处理-薄层色谱法。【结果】熊果酸、齐墩果酸能够很好地被分离,可以同时被检识。【结论】苦丁茶中熊果酸含量较高,而齐墩果酸含量较低。

Abstract:Objective]Ursolic acid and oleanolic acid were analyzed in Ilex kudincha.Methods]In situ pretreatment-TLC was adopted to determine the content of both ursolic acid and olean-olic acid in Ilex kudincha ,of which different parts,harvesting time and collected places were compared.Results]The ursolic acid and oleanolic acid in Ilex kudincha could be well separated and identified simultaneously.Conclusion]In Ilex kudincha ,the content of ursolic acid was higher and the content of oleanolic acid was lower.
