| 摘 要： | 文章通过试验得出预混式气力喷雾系统的空气流量、排液量、系统压力及气液质量比与雾滴体积中径的关系,并对其影响因素进行分析。同时用回归法得出各参数与雾滴体积中径关系的二次回归方程,用以指导预混式气力喷雾系统的优化设计。

| Abstract: | Through testing, we got the relations of air flowing, fluid ejecting, system pressure, gas - liquid mass ratio and the VMD (volume middle diameter of droplet) , and analyzed the influence factors of them. At the same time, according to the relation of every parameter and VMD, we got a quadric recursive equation, which had instructional effect on the optimization design of the pre - mixing air spraying system. |
