摘    要:为了在山区高速公路建设中充分利用隧道开挖出来的宕碴材料,需要对宕碴土材料的不同类型掺配效果进行评价。文章使用路面材料强度仪对电动重型击实仪击实成型试件进行力学强度检测,并分析了材料试件与套筒之间的摩擦性能。通过有限元仿真对试验数据进行反演,得到了宕碴土试件压缩模量依赖于荷载的演化规律。根据试验数据和仿真结果,探讨了宕碴土配合比和含水量的优化设计思路,为山区高速公路建设中进行宕碴土路基填筑提供了使用依据。

Abstract:In order to take full advantage of earthworks mixture materials from tunnels in montanic highway construction,it is necessary to evaluate the material quality of the earthworks mixture with various mix proportions.The pavement material strength tester is used to detect the mechanical strength of the sample made by the electric heavy compaction instrument.Friction properties between the material sample and the inner face of sleeve of the tester are analyzed.Based on the inversion results of the FEA simulation on the test data,the evolution tendencies of the compression modulus under various loadings are acquired.The optimal design method for the mix proportion and water content is discussed based on the test data and simulation results.The research provides a basis for the application of the earthworks mixture in the montanic highway construction.
