摘    要:由于光纤制造工艺的因素,埋置式光纤传感器的应变量测受到光纤构造的影响,该文主要分析保护层对测量精度的影响。由于光纤保护层材料的特殊力学性质,采用理论分析具有诸多的局限性,且分析结果难以应用于大应变区间,该文将模型在理想化的假设条件下,采用有限元数值计算方法(FEM)进行分析,并且将数值计算结果和实验结果相比较。结果表明两者吻合得较好,证实保护层对大范围应变影响较大,影响系数在被测量材料的应变的变化全过程可以确定。

Abstract:The calibration precision of an embedded fiber optic sensor is greatly affected by the structure of the sensor since the fiber in the sensor is a composite material. The influence of the nonlinear protective layer on the sensor was analyzed using the finite element method to calculate the interaction between the matrix concrete and the protective layer of the fiber. Several assumptions were used to simplify the complex mathematical model. The finite element method results agree well with the experimental results. The results show that the influence of the protective layer is important for large strains when the coefficient between the strains in the fiber and the matrix can be ascertained.
