| 摘 要： | 知识产权具有专用性、地域性、非可控性和分享性等特点。为了鼓励发明创新，推动科技进步，加强知识产权保护已成为世界性的潮流。但在知识产权的国际保护方面仍存在不少问题。对此，各国在立法上出现了一些新动向。我国即将加入世界贸易组织，意味着将面对新的国际经济准则，为此，必须采取一系列措施来加强对知识产权的保护，既与国际接轨又促使本国科技实力不断提高。
