N-硝基-N-2,4,6-三氯苯基-N'-4-氟苯基脲的合成及生物活性研究

摘    要:为了寻找高活性的双功效化合物新品种,实验设计合成了经氟化改造的化合物N-硝基-N-2,4,6-三氯苯基-N’-4-氟苯基脲.经元素分析、红外光谱及核磁氢谱对产品进行了结构表征.初步的生物活性实验表明,标题化合物具有优良的除草活性及一定的植物生长调节活性。

Abstract:In search of new compounds with double-function, N-nitro-N-(2,4,6-trichiorophenyl)-N' -4-fluorophenyl Urea compound was synthesized through fluoridizing. The structure was confirmed by elemental analysis, IR as well as ()~(1)HNMR spectroscopy. The preliminary bioassays showed that compound had strongerherbicidalactivitiesand certain plant growth regulating effects.
