| 摘 要： | 通过对中、美、英、法、德、日六国高师教育实践模式的研究可以发现,国外教育实践具有四个共同特点,而我国师范院校在对师范生进行教学实践能力培养方面却存在五个主要问题:教育实践内容单一、教育实习时间偏短、教育实践缺乏规范的管理、教育实践缺乏科学的指导、教育实践缺乏严格的考核等。

| Abstract: | The comparative study on the educational practice models of China,America,England,France,Germany and Japan shows that foreign educational practice has four common characteristics and there are some existing problems in Chinese educational practice,which are as follows: the contents of educational practice are unitary,the period for students to carry out their educational practice is short,and normal management,scientific instruction and strict assessment are lacking for educational practice. |
