圆板液压自由胀形分析的一种新方法

摘    要:运用胀形板廓和质点运动轨迹相交法确定圆板液压自由胀形质点的瞬时位置,据此求解板料厚度和应变等参数,所得结果与经典的应力应变分析解完全相同,但方法较为简明.最后运用虚功原理给出了胀形平均液压的解析解.

Abstract:The instantaneous position of a point will be determined by intersecting the contour of the freely-bulged round sheet under hydraulic pressure with the locus of motion, and then parameters of the bulged sheet such as thickness and strains are found. The results are in good agreement with those obtained by the classical stress-strain analysis, but the present method is simpler and concise. In the end, the average hydraulic pressure of bulging is given by the principle of virtual work.
