西藏南路越江隧道施工难点和对策

摘    要:基于上海市西藏南路越江隧道工程的地质条件、周边环境和工程特点,对该隧道的施工难点和可能存在的风险进行分析,发现主要存在地层复杂、覆土厚度变化大、穿越黄浦江和已运营隧道等难点。针对以上难点,结合实际施工过程,研究大型泥水平衡盾构开挖越江隧道和近距离穿越已运营隧道的相关技术,并对其经验进行归纳和总结。结果表明,通过实时控制切口压力、合理设置挖掘速度、严格保证注浆压力和注浆量,可有效防止盾尾泄漏、保持开挖面水土平衡、控制已运营隧道沉降量。由盾构导向系统和信息管理系统组成的协同运行平台可实现信息的共享和集成,促进盾构施工的自动化水平。中国已切实掌握大型泥水平衡盾构开挖越江隧道的施工技术,可为类似工程提供借鉴。
