浮选过程的拓展及超重力油浮过程的分析

摘    要:基于被去除颗粒和浮选剂的特性,对浮选过程进行了拓展,提出了更新、更全面的浮选概念,并着重分析了超重力油浮过程,其中包括油滴和固体颗粒在超重力场(旋流场)中的径向和切向碰撞吸附过程,得出了切向剪切应力与入口雷诺数的关系式,为有效控制调整超重力油浮过程中旋流器剪切应力提供了理论依据.

Abstract:The extension of floatation has been made with new concept according to the characteristics of particles to be removed and floatation agent in this paper, with focus on the analysizs of the floatation with oil in higee field including the process of collision and adsorption between oil droplets and solid particles in radial and tangential directions in higee or vortex field.A formula on the relationship between the tangential shear stress and Reynolds number in oil-floatation hydrocyclone has been developed, which could be used as a guide for the control of the shear stress for good oil-floatation in higee field.
