| 摘 要： | 政府信息公开的目的就是要保护公民权利,规范权力运行。政府信息公开是法制建设的要求,是以人为本、建设和谐社会的需要。深刻理解政府信息公开的涵义,正确认识政府信息公开的必要性,准确把握政府信息公开的核心和灵魂,促进法制政府权力运作的规范化,推进社会主义和谐社会有序健康发展。

| Abstract: | The government information public is for protecting civil rights and specifying power operation.The government information public is the requirement of legal building and the need of building people-oriented harmonious society.If people can understand the meaning of government information public completely and seize the necessity of government information public correctly,exactly grasp the kernel and the spirit of government information public.Thus,we will able to promote power's running specifically and socialist harmonious orderly society development healthily. |
