摘    要:利用绿色高等植物的光合作用获得植物性生物产物是空间受控生态生命系统中的重要一环,开展空间环境条件下高等植物生长发育研究对于解决人类在太空的自给自足问题意义重大。文中介绍了为我国“实践八号”卫星留轨舱微重力平台研制的空间高等植物培养观察装置及其空间飞行实验。在空间飞行实验中,开展了在密闭条件下对高等绿色开花植物青菜从种子萌发、幼苗生长到开花授粉各个阶段的培养和实时图像观察,利用图像数据了解空间微重力对高等植物从营养生长到生殖生长的过渡规律,以及对开花,受(或授)粉等重要生理过程的影响。

Abstract:The vegetal bioproduct made by photosynthesis of green plants is one of the important parts of the space closed ecosystem. The research of plant growth and development in space is very significant to the human self-supporting system in space. The plant culture box with auto-focus imaging device and its space flight experiment on "Shijian 8" satellite are presented. In space experiment,the seed,plantlet and plant are cultured, at the same time, the real time images of object are gained. From these images, the scientist can do research on the effects and regulation of plant growth and development in microgravity.
