灵芝浸提液对果蝇生物学特性的影响

以野生型果蝇为材料，检测灵芝子实体水浸提液的生物学效应，结果显示：饲料中含有一定浓度的灵芝浸提物能够改变果蝇的生物学特性表现为加速果蝇幼虫的生长发育，使由卵－幼虫－蛹－成虫各阶段发育所需时间相应缩短，子代数量也相应增加，但雌雄比例保持正常（１：１），灵芝实验组成虫的飞行能力是以提高，同时延长了果蝇的平均寿命和提高寿命。

Effects of Ganoderma Lucidum Extracts on the Bionomics of Drosophila Melanogaster

The effects of Ganoderma lucidum extracts on the emergence,activity and life period of Drosophila melanogaster under the experimental incubation were studied,the results showed that the rate of emergence was quicker and the population of filial generation was clearly more than in control media.Both were gradually increased along with the volume of extracts in the media.Furthermore,the mean life period of D. melanogaster was longer and their activities were excited when incubated with some extracts,but sex ratio was normal.Moreover,the experimental results suggested that G. lucidum extracts affect the emergence speed,activity and the life period of Drosophila.
