| 摘 要： | 中小企业是国家技术创新体系的重要组成部分，在技术创新方面扮演着重要角色，但从当前看，我国中小企业技术创新还面临一些障碍，顺应信息化、知识经济潮流，急需制定适当的政策措施，加快中小企业技术创新，推动我国中小企业经济增长方式的转变。

| Abstract: | Small and medium-sized enterprises are a vital part in the national technological innovation sysetm, ant they play an important role in this aspect.But at present,some problems and impedienments arise in the process of innovation. In order to adapt to the trend of information revolution and knowledge economy,it is quite necessary to formulate some appropriate policies and take some effecive measures to quicken their steps in the technological innovation,thus promoting the change of mode in the economic inerease in these small and medium-sized enterprises in china. |
