复合绝缘子压接工艺的耐温性能研究

摘    要:复合绝缘子端部金具和芯棒装配的压接式工艺是靠金具和芯棒间的形变应力产生的静摩擦力承担机械强度.它通过外施力使金具和芯棒间产生形变,适宜的形变足以承担规定要求的强度.金具和芯棒二之间的材质不同,热膨胀系数也不同,当受热后金具和芯棒的形变也随之改变,因此,受热对压接强度有一定的影响.本通过详尽的试验,研究了温度对压接式工艺的影响.研究表明,受热后压接强度有一定的下降,但强度下降的不多,这为复合绝缘子先进行压接装配,再进行高温硫化成型,提供了理论依据.

Abstract:In the crimping technology assembling tip armorcl amp and mandrill of composite insulator,the mechanic alstrength is born by static friction generated by the deformation stress between the tip armor clamp and the mandrill,which are distorted under external force .Well judgeddistortioncanbearspecifiedstrength .Since armor clamp and mandrill are of different materials and have differentcoefficient of thermal expansion ,their deformation will bevariedwhenheated .There fore,heatingsomehowinfluencesthecrimpingstrength .Throughelaborateexperi ments,westudied the in fluence softemperature on the crimping technology .Itisshownthatthecrimpingstrengthisdecreasedinadefinitede greewhenheated ,which provides academic basis for the technology of hi temperature sulfidization of composite insulator following the crimping assembling.
