| 摘 要： | 高校高水平篮球裁判队伍的培养,对促进高校高水平篮球运动技术,战术水平的提高有很大作用,裁判队伍的建设是搞好体育工作的重要方面,它推动着体育运动的发展,促进体育运动技术水平的提高,建立一支高水平的篮球裁判队伍,对提高高校篮球队的技术战术水平有很大的促进作用。

| Abstract: | The training of coaches in higher institutions is of great significance in improving basketball performance level and strategicl technical level. It is also seen as an important aspect in promoting physical education and helping to enhance the technical level. To form a team of top-quality basketball coaches is sure to exert some influence on the improvement of the strategic levels of basketball teams. |
