CPL蒸发器多孔芯传热传质特性的数值模拟

摘    要:对不同热流密度下CPL蒸发器多孔芯内相变工质的流动与传热特性进行了数值计算研究.计算所采用的是加入了非饱和传热传质段的三层数学模型.计算结果表明,多孔芯内液相含量的变化十分明显,为将多孔芯的汽液相变区处理为非饱和多孔区提供了充分依据.当热流密度增加时,非饱和区域的厚度开始变薄,且在热流增大到一定程度后,干饱和区域的出现对整个多孔芯的传热传质产生了较大影响.

Abstract:The numerical research of the heat and mass transfer of the working fluid in the porous wick of evaporator under different heat load was made. To reflect the actual operation situation of CPL evaporation, a new three-layer model, including an unsaturated layer, was adopted. The results indicated that the change of liquid content in the porous wick is very clear, proving that the change of liquid content in the area should be treated as an unsaturated layer. The result also showed that the thickness of unsaturated layer will decrease with the increase of the heat load, and when the heat load increases to a certain content, a dry vapor appears, which will influence the heat and mass transfer of the whole wick.
