| 摘 要： | 武则天是中国历史上唯一的女皇帝,在长达半个世纪的时间里,她参与并执掌了唐朝的最高统治权。分析了武则天的管理思想,包括农业方面编纂指导农业的书籍、建设农田水利、鼓励屯田和移民垦荒;人才方面求访贤良、量才录用、选用人才不避仇怨、爱护尊重人才;法律方面收揽民心、排挤政敌、推崇个人崇拜;军事方面安慰与讨伐并用、稳定边疆等。武则天的管理思想在今天的管理中仍大有用武之地。
