| 摘 要： | 通过问卷调查和访谈,对杭州师范学院420名女大学生运用体育健身路径的现状、存在问题及需要的服务管理等进行了分析讨论,并就体育健身路径在女大学生体育锻炼中如何更好地发挥作用提出了相应的建议与对策,以帮助她们提高健身质量.

| Abstract: | With questionnaire and interview,we made investigation of 420 women students of university in teachers(college) and analyzed the present situation,problems,service and management in the fitness path.We tried to put forward some suggestions and countermeasures about how to make use of the fitness path in doing exercises,and help the students improve their fitness quality. |
