蒙特卡罗仿真在设备预防性维修周期确定中的应用

摘    要:应用蒙特卡罗仿真对故障规律满足威布尔分布的设备进行了预防性维修周期的优化,详细推导了小修方式下随机数的抽样方法,给出了仿真分析的一般步骤,并对该模型进行了仿真分析,并用数值解法的结果验证了仿真结果,表明仿真具有较高的精度,是一种研究设备维护策略的有效方法.

Abstract:The recursion relationship of failure rate between preventive maintenance is built up. The non-linear model of optimal preventive maintenance cycle in finite time horizon of the equipment is proposed concerning with repair cost,preventive cost and production loss cost. This approach avoids the shortcoming of static model in infinite time horizon. As an analysis example of the model,the preventive maintenance cycle of the equipment following Weibull distribution is optimized by GA approach. The result shows GA is an effective approach to obtain the global optimal cycle in limited time. This model can be used to aid scheduling the maintenance plan and providing information and decision supporting for job shop scheduling.
