甘薯长喙壳菌株的孢子形态、致病性和产毒能力的比较

不同来源的甘薯长喙壳菌株,产孢类型不同,可能反映在细胞生理上的分化过程不同,致使甘薯优良品种徐薯18号在不同地区栽培的致病性和产毒能力上有差异。另一方面,供试的甘薯长喙壳菌株在PDA平板上培养一周后,各菌株产生的孢子类型,菌落颜色和菌落直径,彼此也有所不同。

A COMPARISCN THE FORM OF SPORES, PATHOGENICITY AND THE ALILITY TO PRODUCE TOXINS OF CERA OCYSTIS FIMBRIATA STRAINS

The strains of Ceralocystis fimbriata(Ell. & Hals)from different source produce different kind of spores, which may be due to the different differentiation processes of cell physiology. This leads to the difference of the pathogenicity and the ability to produce toxins of the Xushu 18 planted in different rigions. On the other hand, the strains for test were incubated on PDA plate for a week and the result of the tests showed: the form of thespores, the color of the colonies and the diameter of the colonies produced by each strain have some difference among them.
