碱性电解质煤电化学强化浮选脱硫最佳工艺条件的研究

摘    要:以镇城底高硫煤样为研究对象,通过四因素三水平的正交试验,确定了在NaOH,KOH,Ca(OH)2碱性电解液中电化学强化浮选脱硫的最佳工艺条件。试验结果表明,3种介质中Ca(OH)2为电解质时精煤产率和脱硫率较高,是一种比较理想的电解质。

Abstract:Taking Zhenchengdi coal with high sulfur content as research object,we found the optimum parameters for the desulfurization of coal in flotation electrochemically enhanced in basic electrolyte system,such as NaOH,KOH,and Ca(OH)2.Results show that with Ca(OH)2 as electrolyte,high yield for fine coal and high desulfarization rate were obtained,indicating the application of Ca(OH)2 as a promising electrolyte.
