玻璃/铝基复合材料的新型制备工艺

摘    要:利用液态挤压法,将铝液加压渗入由玻璃颗粒制成的预制件中,制备出玻璃/铝基复合材料。研究了复合材料的微观组织、力学性能。结果表明,玻璃颗粒较均匀地分布于基体中;与合金基体相比,复合材料的硬度和抗拉强度得到提高,摩擦性能优于合金基体。

Abstract:Glass particle reinforced Al composites were produced by pressing liquid Al into glass compact through liquid extrusion method.The microstructures,mechanical properties were investigated.It was found that the glass particles are distributed uniformly in matrix alloy.Compared with matrix alloy,the mechanical properties of composites are improved due to the incorporation of glass particles.
