用近红外光谱研究环氧树脂固化反应动力学

摘    要:用近红外光谱同步连续地研究苯基环氧丙烷基醚分别和三种芳香胺之间的完整反应,并用计算机对结果进行定量分析,确定了固化按自催化反应机理进行,体系中产生的羟基可加速反应。计算出固化反应的活化能E_(a1)=45.96kJ。mol~(-1),E_(a2)=64.50kJ·mol~(-1)。

Abstract:Near infrared spectroscopy is to study the reactions between phenyl glycidyl ether and three aromatic amines simultaneously respectively. In order to study the mechanism of curing reaction were analysed by computer. It was indicated that the curing reaction proceeds in auto-accelerated reacting mechanism and is accelerated by the hydeoxyl groups produced in the system. Theactivation energies of curing reactions were calculated: E_(a1)= 45.96kJ. mol~(-1) ,B_(a2)= 64.50kJ. mol~(-1).
