甲叉型膦酸钠的合成及阻垢性能的研究

摘    要:用K.Moedritzer提出的一种类似于Mannich反应的合成方法,分别用乙二胺、二乙烯三胺、三乙烯四胺、多乙烯多胺、咪唑啉与甲醛水溶液、三氯化磷反应,合成了乙二胺四甲叉膦酸钠,二乙烯三胺五甲叉膦酸钠、三乙烯四胺六甲叉膦酸钠、多乙烯多胺多甲叉膦酸钠、咪唑啉二甲叉膦酸钠等甲叉型膦酸钠阻垢剂,并用静态阻垢实验分别对它们进行阻垢性能评定.讨论了阻垢剂浓度、Ca2+浓度以及pH值对阻垢率的影响.实验结果表明,甲叉型膦酸钠,特别是乙二胺四甲叉膦酸钠具有良好的阻垢性能;阻垢剂浓度及钙离子浓度对阻垢率均有影响;该类阻垢剂不适应于高碱性条件

Abstract:A method which was advanced by Moederitzer K. and is similar to Mannich reaction was used to synthesize scale inhibitors,such as sodium ethylenediamine tetramethydene phosphonoate,sodium diethylene triamine pentamethydene phosphonoate,sodium tria ethylene tetramine hexamethylene phosphonoate,sodium polyethylene polyamine polymethylene phosphonoate,sodium imidazole dimethylene phosphonoat by reaction of ethylenediamine,diethylene triamine,triethylene tetramine,polyethylene polyamine and imidazole respectinely with formalin and phosphorus trichloride.Their scale inhibiting properties were investigated by statics scale inhibiting method.The effect on scale inhibiting ratio by the factors such as, the concentration of the scate inhibitor,the concentration of calcium ions and PH value were investigated too.The experiment results show that sodium methylene phosphonoates,esp. sodium ethylenediamine tetramethylene phosphonoate possess very good scale inhibiting property.The concentration of both scale inhibitor and calcium ions affects the scale inhibiting ratio.The polymer inhibitor of this kind is not suitable for the condition of high alkali.
