研训一体提高校本培训实效性

校本培训是“以校为本”的教师继续教育活动，其实质是“以教师为本”。它以促进教师专业发展、形成学校特色为宗旨，以问题为中心，是学习、研究、实践的统一。校本培训有利于改变教师在培训中的“被动”地位，有效促进教师主动发展。针对当前“校本培训”存在的“低效现象”，必须把校本培训与教师的自主研修结合起来，走研训一体的道路，提高校本培训的实效性。

The Integration of Study and Training, Improving the Effectiveness of the School - Based Training

School-based training has three notable features: conducting continuing "teacher-oriented" education activities for teachers;promoting the professional "School-based" development of teachers,possessing the unity of study,research and practice.School-based training is conducive to change the "passive" position of teachers in the training;and it also promotes the teachers to play an initiative role effectively.In view of the current "inefficient phenomenon" in "school-based training",we must combine the school-based training with the teachers' own study and take the road of integration,finally to improve the effectiveness of school-based training.
