| 摘 要： | 利用数字图像匹配技术检测出静止场景中运动物体的原理,研制出了电视自动监视报警擒拿装置。在硬件设计中,考虑了帧存储器稀蔬化,降低了对存储容量及速度的要求。采用数字式二次门限检测,使谎报率接近于零。

| Abstract: | A video automatic surveillance alarm apparatus has been developed, based on the digital image matching principle, possessing the ability to detect moving tsrget' s in a stationary scene. A thin frame memory is designed so that the requirement for both the memory volume and speed of the frame memory can be relaxed. It has a digital double threshold, so that the false alarm probability can be lowered to a value close to zero. |
