HPP对Cl_4致大鼠肝脏灌流损伤的影响

摘    要:对离体大鼠肝脏进行灌流,用CCl4造成肝细胞损伤,观察了2-乙基-3-羟基-6-苯硫基-4(1H)-吡啶酮(HPP)对 CCl4诱发的大鼠肝脏灌流损伤的影响,结果表明 HPP对 CCl4引发的肝细胞损伤导致丙氨酸转氨酶(ALT)、天门冬氨酸转氨酶(AST)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)的升高有明显的抑制作用.提示 HPP对离体大鼠肝脏的损伤有抑制作用.

Abstract:This paper reported the effects of 2-ethyl-3-hydroxy-6.-phenylthio-4- (1H) -pyridinone (HPP) on per- fused rat liver injury induced by carbon tetrachloride. The results showed that HPP obviously reduced the release of alanine aminotransferase, aspartic aminotransferase and lactic dehydrogenase from carbon tetrachloride induced hep- atocytes. It indicated that HPP has a hepatoprotective action on isolated liver injury.
