目的 为了有效地组织和管理好产品数据和信息,提高已有资源的利用率,完成能满足个性化客户需求的产品配置设计.方法 针对不同层次的用户需求,建立合适产品配置设计规则库,实现面向规则的产品配置设计;然后分析用户需求知识向产品配置知识转换过程,提出了产品配置设计需求转换算法.结果 减少了数据库中存储的大量事实信息,提高求解效率,使用户需求直接融入产品配置中,可有效地缩小配置问题求解空间.结论 通过定义配置规则用于配置设计的过程,并确定配置设计的基本算法来实现产品配置设计.为产品数据管理软件在企业中的应用提供了新的技术优势,使PDM软件能够满足用户独特的信息需求.
